Vinay is in place of Vijay

The former assistant of Shankar has been waiting for long to get the dates of Ilaiya Thalapathi and finally settled for Vinay.

Vinay, who debuted with superhit ’Unnale Unnale’, has been finding the going very tough in Kollywood, though he had delivered anothwer hit with ’Jayam Kondaan’. His latest release ’Modhi Vilayadu’ has disappeared without a trace and he needs a big hit desperately to keep floating in Tamil cinema.

In the Madhesh film, Genelia plays the female lead and the cast incluses actors such as Santhanam and Ganja Karuppu. The title of a hit Rajnikanth film is being considered for the comedy entertainer.
