Silambarasan and Asin would pair up in the lead in a film to be produced by Vijayavahini Studios.
The studio, which was considered to be the biggest in Asia years ago, returns to filmmaking with this movie. The producers have not finalised the director and the rest of the cast.
Silambarasan is one of the hottest actors in Kollywood post the stupendous success of his ’Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaaya’. He is currently busy with ’Vaanam’, a remake of Telugu superhit ’Vedam’. He will also be doing ’Poda Podi’ shortly.
Asin has completed shooting for Vijay starrer ’Kaaval Kadhal’, directed by Siddique. She is currently busy with Salman Khan’s ’Ready’.
