Rowthiram is an action entertainer featuring Jeeva and Shriya Saran in the lead roles. The film is directed by debutant Gokul.
Rowthiram will be another full on commercial entertainer from Jeeva who is riding high on the success of Ko. Jeeva, reportedly plays an angry young man in the film who reacts to the atrocities in the society.
Shriya plays his love interest in the film. Prakash Raj and Jayaprakash play supporting roles in the film.
Rowthiram is produced by Jeeva’s father R.B. Choudary under the banner of Super Good Films. Music of the film has been composed by Prakash Nikki while R. Rathnavelu has handled the camera.
Rowthiram is all set to released on August 12, 2011.
