Rajini films are known for breaking records. And the Superstar’s forthcoming Endhiran is no exception to it. Within days of its release, the Endhiran music album has topped the list of Apple itunes Store.
Apple itunes Store is one of the leading portals to sell music albums online and it accounts for nearly 70 per cent of music sold legally on the internet. Endhiran, interestingly, has become the first Tamil album to achieve the top slot on Apple itunes Store.
Produced by Sun Pictures and directed by Shankar, Endhiran has music by Oscar-Grammy winner A R Rahman. The movie’s music was launched at a star-studded function in Malaysia on Saturday.
